I don't know why this week's Field Op came out so late. However, when I'm waiting for the new newspaper, Club Penguin EPF Field Op #23 arrived.
Now log in your Club Penguin account to check the Spy Phone. Open it and click "Go There". When you arrive there, walk up to the big screen on the right side of this room.



You need to click on the screen and click "Accept Field-Op". Of course, you can read what Gary says.



To find the mini game, you should go to the Ski Village. Then go into the Everyday Phoning Facility.



Once you are in the room, go to the place marked with red. Try, until your Spy Phone rings.



Then answer it and click "Engage".
